To use it, you have to add hot water and let it sit/cook for 5 mins and sprouts are ready to use. Ziplocked packet can be stored on the shelf and can be used as per need.

Cooking Instructions: 3-step recipes – Moong Sprout Meal

1. Add 150ml boiling water to 50g sprout. Cook for 5-6 mins or microwave for 5 mins. 
2. Add a choice of veggies and salad seasoning. 
3. Mix well. Add sauce/lime juice/olive oil and serve.
