Recipe – Mangalorean Mutton Ghee Roast
- Step 1: Take 500 gm of clean curry cut mutton. In pressure cooker sauté it with 2 tbsp oil and empty Aaj Pakao Ghee Roast packet to it.
- Step 2: Pressure cook it for 4-5 whistles. Check if mutton is cooked and soft. If not cook it for another 2 whistles.
- Step 3: Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with Rice or Roti!
