Recipe – Paneer Butter Masala / Chicken Butter Masala
- Step 1: Take 500gm Paneer/Meat. Marinate with 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp curd for 10 mins. Sauté it in pan with 1 tbsp oil.
- Step 2: Add 1 pouch of Aaj Pakao Butter Masala Gravy to the mixture.
- Step 3: Cook for 3-4 mins. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve Hot with Rice, Paratha or Roti!
