Cooking Instructions: 3-step recipes
- 1 measure chilla mix + 1.5 measure water + 0.5 measure curd(optional) to form a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 mins
- Grease the pan and heat on a medium flame. Sprinkle little water and wipe with cloth.
- Pour big spoon batter and spread evenly in circular motion. Add oil to the edges & centre. Roast till crispy. Serve with sauce or chutney
